The Ohio Highway Patrol, Licking County Sheriff’s Office and Pataskala Police Department will conduct an Operating a Vehicle Impaired checkpoint from 9 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Saturday on Ohio 16 in Licking County. (Click for map location)
The checkpoint funded by federal dollars is planned to deter and intercept impaired drivers.
The patrol reminds drivers if they plan to consume alcohol to designate a driver or make other travel arrangements
