  • Westerville Mayor's Court

    The purpose of the Westerville Mayor’s Court is to provide the community with a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor cases that are alleged to be in violation of the Westerville Codified Ordinances.
    Mayor’s Court is scheduled every Wednesday. Cases are heard as follows*:

    • 9 a.m.: Pretrials and Traffic and Criminal arraignments
    • 10 a.m.: Trials

    Hours of operation:
    8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

    Directions from I-270:
    Take exit 29 Westerville, bear to your right onto Westerville Road/State Route 3. Take Westerville Road (State Street) approximately 1.5 miles, past City Municipal Building to College Avenue, turn left at the traffic light onto College Avenue. City Municipal Building parking lot is the second driveway on the left. Enter through the double wooden doors and the Clerk of Court offices are in the lobby.
