An drunken-driving checkpoint will be held on Rt. 23 in Delaware County near Lazelle Road (Click for Map View) tonight from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m.
The checkpoint will be manned by officers from the Delaware post of the State Highway Patrol, the Delaware County sheriff’s and Powell police.
Checkpoints are funded by federal grant funds.
Law enforcement will be out in force around the checkpoint to deter alcohol-related crashes.
